bodybuilding diet?
I'm trying to get a good amount of protein, carbohydrates and calories for my weight. i lift weights intensely 4 days a week. My training is perfect, but I'm more focused on my diet. 7:00 I eat 1 / 2 cup oats 1 cup milk 3 egg whites 2 multivitamins 9:30 am the banana, almonds, protein shake 12:00 Lunch from school (I always try to eat as much protein and vegetables as possible, usually very good meal) 3:00 pm 2 piece of whole wheat bread, turkey breast, carrot, celery, tablespoons natural peanut butter 6:00 pm always chicken and some kind of carbohydrate 9:00 pm curd, tablespoons natural peanut butter, a cup of milk What suggestions do you have? sometimes snack usually apple or some other healthy food. lunch for me im thinking about just carrying a can of tuna and 3 potatoes i take whey shake after workout i. I workout at 4:00. on days I do not do exercises just take a protein shake meal between 4 and 5. protein shake (soy, whey, casein)
