Where my Mass Go?

Ready for long? Any other type of personal trainer out there? I've been working and diet for mass hardcore for about 16 months, reading everything about bodybuilding the road. My experience of this training is limited to 16 months. Naturally, I'm 155 pounds at 5'11 ". I use creatine, the promoters of NO, arginine, BCAA, and tribulus. Protien supplement he was using was muscle juice. It worked very well. I went to 180 but I ended with the rim a "" around my waist. I hated that I spent the summer get to 165 with 10% fat. Now that the fat is gone, I'm trying as a hell to the masses again. I'm consuming about 4000 calories a day and about 290 grams of Protien (whey and meat). I'm afraid that carbs will make me fat again, so take in 330 in the chest, legs and back day, 250 days of small muscles, and only 165 in the days of rest. I'M NOT WINNING! I'm actually getting lighter. Do you think my fear of carbohydrates is the problem? What am I doing wrong. I really do not want to be fat again.
