When I started training, I completed a workout of the magazine that I found in a muscle. In a first time, the results were excellent, however, after about 6 months of strength training, actually ended up being big, slow and heavy. My goal was to be thin, fast and athletic.

One of my friends suggested me to try training injury. I started with basic training. Initially, the results were excellent, as with training. So I stayed with her, and after 6 months, the results are still to come. I started losing fat at an alarming rate.

Finally, 2 years later and I'm still training at home with my weight. One of the best parts of my body is back. So, I will show one of my favorite exercises for back, you can do with all your weight:

Horizontal Pull – Isometric

Personally, I got better results with this movement and with Pullups Chinup, which are the most common back exercises you can do with your body weight. I would like to make a horizontal band in a local park with a swing. Grab the bottom of the swing.

Lean back, keeping the body upright and heels dug into the ground. Extend the arms. Do not start exercising until what your swing is right (or there is a minimum movement), and you're body is as straight as possible. Tighten your core and pushing the body in the bath at the bottom of the swing touch chest.

Hold for 30 seconds. Then slowly lower your body towards the floor, extend your arms until your elbows are at 90 degrees. Have averaged more than 30 seconds. But down until your arms are out completely.

Sure your body is completely right. Rest for 30 seconds. You can relax or pull your body to the first position and repeat the sequence.
