MVP: You can not fight genetics. Maybe your body type has determined that no one can put much more weight. No matter how the factor buffs you get, maybe you can not get more muscle mass (main body builders turn to steroids). I really can not recommend things since pulled chicken breast and other things. I'd recommend canned tuna, but you said bored. Genetics is a difficult thing to fight. No matter how fit and trim, we are not all designed to be 220 lbs. with a waist of 32 inches.
