Calories

Bodybuilding HELP PLEASE!.?

Im 183cm (6 feet) and 180 pounds … IVE bodybuilding for 6 years but less than what Im look very chiseled body. Ive tryed many programs like Body for Life (2 groups of muscular work 3 days per week and 2 days of cardio 5 days per week). I begin to exercise your body weight? .. or the group broke up I do weight training and cardio the same day? Usually work for 1 hour ….. and change exercise every 6 weeks …. but I still have the basis of my training program on body weight and divided the days of cardio ….. Ok I do, I just want to watch Brad Pitt … lol …. I do not earn too much extra weight and being thin just nice … that's all … thank u
