<b>I am taking creatine monohydrate to put some water weight that is a side effect of creatine.?</b>
<p> <i>The monoyhdrate creatine is affordable for me</i> but some of the higher end and newer &#8211; they told me they work much better &#8211; not in my budjet. BodyBuilding.com received advice that a how to make work creatine monohydrate is mixed with a teaspoon of dextrose dextrose.Bought and have started using this combination, and even add a little juice.I apple have not seen the results I expected. According supports the literature that creatine monohydrate works about 80% of people and 20% it doesn&#39;t, but mixed with dextrose should help those 20%. Anyone have any ideas on how to make creatine monohydrate work for me and help me put on the weight of the water causes the creatine? Besides, my body does not respond well to sugar and carbohydrates, and am trying to put on weight. Cannot afford one of these powders also cause weight gain Expesive and some r full of sugar. Someone has some advice to give little weight to quality. Thanks </p>

<p> ¿Probaste loading phase? Are you getting enough dextrose to the mix? Are you drinking enough water? (You need to drink more water when in a cycle of creatine). Creatine will help you get better pumps and allow you to drop a few more reps of your workout (I am assuming you lift). But after that, muscles need adequate protein and carbohydrates to heal and stronger (therefore become larger). Creatine itself will not help in weight (except water weight is lost as soon as you get off creatine), unless you&#39;re taking in enough protein and carbohydrates for recovery after your workouts (I am assuming you are in elevation). As known side effects .... Some outbreaks of acne, diarrhea possible (If this happens, usually when loading - Basically excess creatine is getting purged from his system, he said that reducing the dose a little) and cramps if not sufficiently hydrated as possible.
