tips bodybuilding supplements?
I am looking to take supplements to improve my fitness training and I was wondering if anyone had some advice. I am not looking to lose or gain weight I just want to build muscle mass. versus whey protein creatine that the best and why
For strength and mass building would go with "Xtreme Tren", but of course that would require a subsequent cycle of it and I would with "Hardcore Test" so that, together with some Milk Thistle. You can also obtain "Xtreme Trac Off" which is a nitric oxide / supplement Creatine gives you well over the pumps with the energy to work longer and harder. creatine and protein are 2 different things. Creatine helps to ATP (andenosine tri-phosphate) the body's energy source. Protein helps repair muscle fiber breakdown after hard training. You could take them both and make a profit.
