Can someone please explain the cycles of the bodybuilding diet to me?
I'm 5'7 tall and weighing 72 kg or 158 pounds. I want to start the bodybuilding. I'm trying to figure out a diet. I look shredded. Bodybuilders seem to change the collection and shredding of the phases. Phase which also do and when. No bodybuilders bulk in winter and summer or break bulk, and crush all round the year, when you want a change in the look or shred a few months in the year because its not realistic to maintain a diet grating and look for a long time? Thanks in advance
In my opinion there is no reason to do weight training (with the thickness / minimum phases) unless you want to compete. The grinding is done before the competition, usually about 20 weeks before of the competition. Otherwise, there are periods of construction. What exactly do you want to achieve? For people who do not compete, there really is no reason to do most of the cycles of destruction. In fact, it is actually very unhealthy for you.
