bodybuilding cardio routine
exercise and eating fatty elements?
Cardiovascular fitness and now my routine in my life as my aim is to build big muscles to remove excess body fat. and on my way I am approaching in a good way. I want to know if I drink Coke or Pepsi and pizza or hamburger once in a week, will implement in my fat burning zone, the rest of the day was very minimal fat and suger.
Pizza and Soda will not be good for a fat loss diet, but restricted to only once a week should not cause too much of a problem. Everyone needs a meal trap, and will not harm as long as your diet and regular exercise routine are good enough.
