What track and field event I do?
I am a sophomore in high school in the team sprint track and have been for a while and now going decently well. I want to try to make a field event, and now and wanted to try to launch an event that my coach has said he is fine, but I do not know what to do. I'm only 142 pounds, but I've been lifting for almost a year (with the hopes of competing in bodybuilding and powerlifting light someday). By that I mean I have a bunch of pound for pound-force, but keep in mind that I can not compete with the power of some 200 pounds pitchers on the team. I have never been the best with the way I do, even in the uprising, but I'm not too terrible. Among the javelin, disc and shot put, this case would shoot you recommend?
You have the greatest potential in the javelin. It is more speed and technique to do so. The strength of the album is also more about technique than power, but I think your best event is the javelin throw. Most javelin with shoulders and strong arms, but they are enormous, as shot and disc types. generally throwers have a period of long arm so that they can generate more speed to the release.
