bodybuilding figure competition

Success came to me at an early age. However, it was possible without a price. Bodybuilding found me, I was not looking for him. At seventeen, I do not know any weight, eat well, and even fewer have any discipline. Here are some things I learned along the way, which I think is necessary for to champion his own heart.
Hope:
Deep in side you only need a small amount of hope to obtain following day. In THATA beginning of my career is all I had.
Belief:
At the heart of trust can develop. DonÂ't If you take your ego Out of It, and sooner or later will give you weight. If this is you or someone else, you really have faith. For me, I had two friends who believed in me first Instead, after some time started to rub off on me.
Pure Reason:
They have pure motives in a very healthy life verses. If you desire to feel healthier and wiser in your car, then you'll have more time to motivation down. At first I started to feel the benefits both physically and emotionally that I was doing bodybuilding for me.
Here some common mistakes that prevent them from being the champions!
1. Egos: In many ways most people allow their egos to defeat and on the road to full potential. We could not get it, but the club is not for you! Lost or missing in life.
2. Fear of change: The majority believes that the way works best. Wrong! Strength training is an art. Art is subjective. Each person is different. When you think you know everything that is the time to give up.
3. Ashamed to seek help: The smartest thing I did when I started bodybuilding competition and help. Knowledge is power when it suits your personality. You do not live up to its potential if their pride is on the road.
4. No target of the mission. If you just go to the gym to go, not being active in your training. Map of your training as an year in advance. Aimed to promote the approach.
5. The more is better trap. The more you do the will of increasingly thin. NO! Work smart and efficient rather than long and difficult. The smartest thing I did was to establish a schedule for my training.
6. Off season blues. People relax after a competition. You should be in it for life. You need to be sold in the exercise. If no, and only when the train ready for the competition is in the sport for the wrong reasons. Forget it, you'll never be a champion. Champions are exhausted!
What ever your goals are or the level is on, remember what fitness really is. What is really about are not what you see but what you feel. Yes, being a champion comes with a price. But the price you pay for the freedom to live their lives with confidence.
