used Nitrus Oxide bodybuilding supplement?

I've heard of 2 different without supplements for bodybuilding, 1 is SuperPump Gaspari 250, second is CNP Pro GF NOX. I was wondering about the climate of these supplements are good or are harmful to health in any way, any information on these would be great thanks
