What is a good look at muscle-fat. I'm 5'9?
Ok so a couple of months was so skinny. I weighed 115 pounds stick and I was like. Now four months have passed and I managed to gain 30 pounds in bodybuilding, good eating habits and such. So now I'm wondering what an ideal weight would be good for me. I do not want to be bulky or anything (I hate that), but find a nice leanly chiseled body. Not bad now, I'm toned, but still a little thin. So nobody knows quite a lean weight for my height. Thanks
This is a difficult question to answer because each person is different. Personally, I'm 5'10 and I weigh around 155-165, depending on the day. I'm fairly decent, but my size muscle, fat loss could be the real difference maker for me. Since it became so thin, if you add only the muscles, then you It should be pretty lean. I could not get over 10 pounds on top of the 145, personally.
