hi! I think I tried to reduce the club shoulders.i, but all had the trapeze was much more developed, but the shoulders are not wider, I like a bottle.i think I Clavicula (neck bones) longer.but am now 22 and it seems impossible. My question is: Is there a way to make the largest bones of any type of surgery, for example, put an implant into or throwing bones to the sides. I used to have this problem and I thought it was a problem with the bone, but in reality it is not. Methinks, as the exercises we do is work the traps is not what you need. Make approximately 10 to 15 repetitions, 3 sets. (do not forget to stretch and warm up first) My experience is the best exercise wide. You can then try exercise for front and rear deltoids, do a search on the net. Believe me, you will receive the shoulders.
