Does anyone have a schedule of bodybuilding for beginners and advanced?

Unless I am mistaken the movie "300" actors were really cool hard bodies and know that it only took 3 -5 months to start I started bodybuilding … I run about 4 miles a day and I'll cut up 3 kilometers when I start bodybuilding … At the start, I plan to do 150 times a day all week 30 the increase each week (do not know the names, except lizards and squat) … is that correct? Will I see any quick change in the first month?
