I do not know about you, but before you start baking, I always wanted arms stretched the sleeves of my posts. That was my main goal visual for my arm for a long time, plus the top of that, my then girlfriend said she liked big guys, they added a little motivation.

1. Chin Up

3. Incline Bench Biceps Curl
- Turn your back on an incline bench at about 45 degrees
- Grab dumbbells in each hand correctly
