You need to add some squats and dead weight of routine, both are great mass builders and use almost every muscle in your body or to some extent. Put lean muscle mass will take time, much longer than in bulk if you win a little fat. You only need to eat between 200-500 calories above for its maintenance and the objective of treating about 1 pound per week, must see fat gain muscle with fat gain minmal, you may need to add or deduct the calories until they get the balance. You will need to add some HIIT around 4 or 5 times a week if you want to get your BF% down.
