Have you ever asked: "Is it really necessary to use supplements to achieve my fitness goals?" My guess is that many of you reading this article would say yes to this question. And then there's the other question, "What supplements Guy use? "The topic is the belief of many that the only way to build a great body is to use a special supplement.

It seems that there are two large groups of people there: those who do not believe that you should never use any supplements, and those who believe they can make progress unless you use muscle building supplements.

Personally, I think the right place and healthy, it is somewhere in between. Do you use supplements muscle building to achieve your goals? No Can you help me? Definitely!

In the end, everything boils down to why even consider the use of strength training supplements the first place. Here's the bad Supplements reasons:

  • To do the work for you, the "magic pill"
  • Peer Pressure (it real or perceived)
  • Because the hype you read in a bodybuilding magazine on the unbelievable benefits of a particular product (made your first survey)

Here are some of the best reasons for taking supplements:

  • To fill gaps in food that are filled with regular food (vitamins, etc.)
  • For increases in additional energy
  • Increase caloric intake (protein powders, etc.)
  • To lose weight – the meal replacement
  • To help you get ahead trays

Able to see the difference between these two lists of reasons? The first list of reasons for focusing on the idea that supplements are the magic pill that will make your dreams come true. The second list focuses on the use of supplements to help improve what you do.

Supplements can certainly help you achieve your goals more quickly. Personally, I disagree with the "no surcharge at all," group. The use of products such as creatine can help you increase profits faster. But you have to do the work and remember you can not go without them.
