Easy, quick Bodybuilding Recipes for college student?
Looking for a good site that has easy, preferably without baking recipes healthy. Weight lift 3x per week and play football in college. So I burn lots of calories and I'm not home for meals. I'm looking for healthy things that can make progress in order to gain weight and maintain my weight up. Does anyone know of good sites or recipes?
Whole turkey sandwich wheat with avocado (healthy fat!), cucumbers, etc. Go to health food section and look Kashi GoLean protein powder. You can mix with water or milk for milk chocolate taste that packs a lot of vitamins, protein and fiber (good for after a half day training snack if you're trying to win). Try a cold pasta salad with salad made from olive oil, salad dressing (try Newman's Own oil and vinegar), black (or other favorite grain), finely chopped broccoli and whole wheat pasta (just boil the pasta, drain, add the drained beans, dressing, and broccoli - salt and pepper to taste -- cargo in containers and ziplock several grab one for lunch).
