Are soy products for bodybuilding?
It is known that soy products are the bastion of vegetarians and vegetable protein provides a full complete amino acids and isoflavones, which helps muscles recover after exercise. But recently I heard that really reduces levels of testosterone, and that means bad news for bodybuilders who want to maintain high levels of testosterone. And a side effect, of course, lower sperm count and quality as well. In addition, there were also reports of it causing memory loss. So they are healthy soy products after all?
Soy is good for those who want to gain weight, so it's not good for bodybuilding. I also heard the same thing about reducing testosterone levels, so I stopped drinking. i want to be a fan, and requires no hinderances. and as for the side effects of soy .. not appear unless you consume large quantities so keep modest
