Is this normal. For me to be doing this.?
Hi, I'm 21 years old. I do not sleep. When I take a nap of 30 minutes-1 hour maximum power. I eat around 5000-6000 calories daily, not garbage, Drink only water and a soda from time to time. My Daily Shedule during the week is more or less this. 5:30 training 1hr gym "run 1.5 miles, then machines" 7-3 – work 3:30 pm – 6pm school (M, W) If no school or out with my GF, fishing. Go to bed, so tell me at 10pm and then adjourned by 12am. Once I get up get up! This has been going on for about 5 months. I do not drink coffee. And I burn fat as if I'm not intaking it. I'm healthy. Unable to resolve this. If I take a sleeping pill to sleep only a maximum of 4 hours. I'm not bodybuilding. My calories come from my cook pregnant GF: P BTW I do not "coon eyes" are an indication of the lack of sleep.
