bodybuilding post workout shake
bodybuilding post workout shake
Question of the weights (10 points)?
Is it okay if my training is 2 hours for lifting weights? Idk if it takes so long, but is that okay? And it's okay to take my post-workout shake after 2 hours? In addition, the window is that 30 minutes per muscle group or just after training? Like if I do biceps and back, I had to take part of a restructuring within 30 minutes of my biceps workout and then some 30 minute workout in my back? Or just 30 minutes or less after training?
For me two hours is too time. For me, the window is 30 minutes after each group, if I work two groups in a day I take half a spoonful after every group. What I do is finish a group and take half a teaspoon IMMEDIATELY then after passing the other group and immediately take the other half. As soon as you put the last weight down, your batter should be ready for you to Chug down. The faster you get better than that. But two hours is way to long, why so long, what do you do?
