Can I take supplements of whey protein? [15, almost 16 years old and about 121 pounds]?
Im 15, nearly 16 years of age and I wonder I could take whey protein powder supplements after a workout to bulk up a bit. As in, this is safe for me to do? On the back however there is a part that says: Warnings: Athletes who participate intensity, regular exercise should consume at least 120 ounces of water per day. Drink a 16 ounces of water for every pound lost during exercise. Do not use if under the age of 18. Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, contemplating pregnancy, breastfeeding, or have any medical condition. So I was wondering how much should I take if I take anything?
