For your shoulders … seated shoulder presses with dumbbells and standing military press

For triceps … Press value and triceps dips

For your biceps … Curls Dumbbell incline curls and permanent bar

For your quads … front and rear lunges and squats

For calves … Standing calf

For your abs … cable crunches and squats ball Weighted

I think all these exercises are the best we can do to develop their muscles and force them to grow. Stick with training base and not try to fancy. And you're ready to go …

Do weight loss self-esteem?

I worked for ten years (natural bodybuilding without steroids). But in both periods where I stopped working out, I felt more relaxed and more confident. Is it psychological? I realize when I make weight I am looking myself in the mirror and judge myself. Or is it physical? You always have blood pressure as a result of being more convenient, often fog and let me sleep! I wondering what are your thoughts? Force me, I always match the Hill function and UPS daily press, but I'm not sure hitting Iron 3 nights per week
