There are many training contradicitons! This is the only thing that is obvious! What I know someone (who has gained considerable mass NATURALLY and has never used steroids) is what a top body builder should do to gain mass … eat it … eat … eat, … and the final diet is another matter entirely at this point, but what really needs to know of people who have experience is often to train, and what kind of routine, exercises, repetitions, etc., see suggestions from three times a week, M, W, F, training the whole body three times with compound movements low representatives. training divisions, training of muscles twice a week. Then each individual muscle training once a week. Someone please something for me to map their own experience that it works. Please write on a beginner should train and what exercises to be used in each, and repetitions. Someone who knows first hand the truth instead of some sparatic guess or heresay?
