Please help with suppliments weighlifting.?

Hello, please advise .. I went to a bodybuilding vitamin store and a salesperson told me hostage for more rapid mass / muscle gains some people do not take Xplode before training, (I am) and creatine by itself within 1 hour after training. Is it true? Should I get creatine in a separate container and drink some after workout? will accelerate muscle mass, weight gain? Thank you. My goal is to have a great shape (shoulders, chest, abs)

I'm not familiar with noxplode, so not sure what is in it .. So far --- Creatine Creatine is made up of amino acids, helps improve the function in the energy system of your body (the creation of ATP). Increases your energy in the short term, that extra "boost". Creatine is to make an extra effort with your workouts, basically. Muscle to get larger with excess fluid and provides more oxygen to the muscle. If you are stagnant in your workouts, creatine is what will give extra 5 pounds extra proxy or representative as a whole. It is no secret quick of muscle mass or weight gain. The faster you put on weight, the more likely that most will not be the muscle. A good general rule is that You'll see 1-2 pounds of muscle a month or so. Take in enough calories, protein, carbohydrates and fat for your body type and exercise. Do not skimp on the good fats, you need them. I do not know the composition of the body, so can not give a good recommendation for CAL etc. Make sure that fat and carbohydrates, however, in their meals. If you have a meal with protein, carbohydrate or fat added, but not both. And try eating small meals a day 5-6 instead of 3. That promotes your body to afford afford to burn calories from fat and do not think that is hungry between meals. The proteins and some carbohydrates and hour or more before your workout, with protein and just after simple carbohydrates (no more than 30-45min after training) for muscles of food for training and food for recovery. Also I would add that lack in great shape the chest, abdominal, shuolders is great, but do not forget the legs. Most men are so focused on the top abandonment of the body and leg ... that is so unattractive! If I were you, I do not spend your hard earned money on these products. Instead they spend on good quality food and protein and meal replacement drinks to reach a point where their practices are beginning to stall. Do not forget the cardio too!
