Council to help the Construction and muscle mass?
Hey guys, I recently started bodybuilding and wanted to know what kind of diet should I take. I'm 19 years old and weight 132 pounds and I want to increase my muscle mass. So what should I eat and what food supplements should be used. My goal is to get some muscle mass at the end of three months and my wrist is very thin, suggest some exercises, so it can also increase or make them stronger. Thanks
