In this article I give you the scoop on when and who made bodybuilding famous – When it started, the most famous bodybuilder, and yes, Arnold Schwarzenegger is one of them.

When to start?

There are a lot of credibility that would identify the 1960s into the 1970s as the beginning of bodybuilding. However, the club really began many years ago.
