How I can know if I have gynecomastia or just strange nipples?
Im 20 years old, male and go to the gym a lot, I have a defined chest not fat (thought that might help), but with my erect nipples that there is kind of swollen, but when I become erect cold, I actually want to stay erect all the time. How I can know if I have gynecomastia or just weird nipples? Thanks: -) I'm not on steroids of any kind, ive had the problem since my teens: -) I know you definitely do not ***** tits, because I am a personal trainer and literally go to the gym every day, I have a good chest muscualr its just my nipples do not like Yes, only "gently rounded" does not really normal, like a normal person lol
Sounds normal, and nipples all over the world are different. If you are not adverse to having their nipples pierced, which may make them appear to erect all the time. Just remove the jewelry. What is "Puffy" only softly rounded?
