I am having problems with bodybuilding. Can anyone tell me what to do with my eating habits?
I'm eating 1 to 2 meals a day and eat at Golden Corral, and other restaurants. I worry about how I am, and as a bodybuilder I am not gaining big muscles quickly. I was told I had to eat 4 meals a day and drink some protein shake after the gym. I would eat 4 meals a day make me fat? What do you think of eat 1 to 2 meals a day?
Stop eating out, food is unhealthy and ultimately stop eating at the Golden Corral. When someone told you to eat four meals a day, meaning four more (and healthy) meals with protein, vegetables, and starches. If you eat 4 meals a day in restaurants and buffets (even if you eat 1 meal a day in a restaurant or buffet) will gain fat, not muscle. Eating should be an attempt to reach a goal, not a daily ritual. Stay away from oils (vegetable, olive oil, etc), butter, sugar and other fats. The most important thing to do to build muscles is to lift weights, and have also Healthy eating is what will help you gain muscle.
