Is it possible to be a weightlifter and bodybuilder, at the same time?
I mean having two separate cycles, such as weightlifting, which is 1 season winter from November to March (the force) then bodybuilding cutting from March to July (fat loss bodybuilding bulking then July to November (by mass) I just bored with the formation of the mass and not fat loss training for strength in my life.I am not saying I was like 8% body fat or whatever, but what I'm saying is that I never trained for strength in my life.
