I was in the club for two years, and the results are fantastic. However, I do not know good exercises that work the calf muscles. I do squats, bending the legs and spreads, etc., but all those that focus primarily thighs and does little to lower legs. Okay go here and calf construction are difficult. Ill give you some exercises that will give you big calves. I usually do this 2-3 times a week. Initially, when not the biggest calves I was in the range of 15-25 rep and that's when I started to grow. Now representatives under the heavy weight and do not get great results.
