Before you engage in strength work, you need to know the basic exercises formation changes of the body. Whoever heard of Stuart McRobert? I tried to find pictures of their training, but in vain, maybe you get help?
It seems be an author of fitness compliance, read his book, Beyond Brawn and Great ectomorph. In any case I want to see if what looks like his physical peak, had it an idea of what your training program can offer. In his book, said he was camera shy, but there should be a snap some pictures of him, and circa 1960, the '70 's photo only the neck and take pictures as the old classics not what I'm looking for. I tried Google but did not say, but perhaps not her I missed since I have no idea what to look for? Any help? On their website, I think there is a photo of the author, correct me if I'm wrong … but I think is especially rare for a site of bodybuilding. I just want to see how practices of the author what it preaches and to see some proof of income and physical, because I also want to enter your living room … Motivation little help if you want … thank you!
