I have 16 years and have had swollen puffy nipples for 5 years. Help?
i am a tall man who plays a lot of sports and fitness. when I was about 11 I realized my nipples had grown and become swollen. if I rub reduced to normal size for about 5 seconds, depending on temperature. has been a major problem for 5 years. I'm not comfortable taking my superior in the company of someone other than my family and I'm tired of being told that simply will disappear because freeking usual! A couple people have told me that is gynecomastia, but I disagree. swelling is only on the nipple, there seems no deposits of fat in the breast / chest. There is a small lump in the nipple to sit on the size of a pea and texture and gristle from meat. can someone please help! many people seem to have the same symptoms as me at the net (blogs etc), but no1 knows exactly what it is and how to get rid of it!
