treatment of gynecomastia??

Im 17 and have had these pieces since I was 13 years. They used to hurt and to be larger but for some years, down a bit and was not bad, but they are still there. The bumps are about 3 / 4 inches in diameter. It is not easy "see pieces because ive put muscle, but the fact is they are there. Ive been lifting weights since he was 14 and he does not seem to help much im more wondering how to get rid of them since I looked at some forums and have been of no help. I am no more the mass is, my percent body fat is not the average, its below average and I was not over weight. Besides the fact that I do not like the songs, I am a little concerned that almost five years later, I still have. If anyone can help me, I am glad you did.
