Ok, so I have 20 years of age and I have friends, but never a bride, so I thought he might just have low self esteem because everyone in school was on the heavy side. Well I lost about 30 pounds and I'm still not thin but not obese. The problem is that we still have a lot of fat around my chest (man boobies). I have done a lot of chest exercises and such, and is only bigger because my pecks increased, but the fat on top just overlook. I'm starting to think only of their genetic makeup. I fell very well with the rest of my body, but an area that makes me very self-consciousness. So I'm considering getting gynecomastia, which is basically male breast reduction. Am very apprehensive about getting the surgery because I am afraid that it would mae people think differently from me. How would you feel if a guy who knew I had plastic surgery?
