what do i have to know about gynaecomastia before going under the knife?
I am a 27 yo male and have been living with gynecomastia as far as i can remember.. as i already have sufficient fund to go for a surgery.. may someone tell me what is the diff between liposuction and gland removal??
Liposuction removes fat whereas gland removal is just that; your glands will be removed. Don’t worry though, you’ll be fine afterwards.
