Im 19 and still have gynecomastia?
I noticed in the eighth grade my nipples swollen and that is not flat as all my friends that I have been punctured during so long after going to the doctor in different occasians ever told me that she would leave the existence of its own and never have I have 19 now and still never take off shirt and actually makes me feel misrebal want to be able to go swimming and not consious I want to be able to go cross with my parents, but I say no, because I know I depresses Is there any way to get rid of this without an operation?
If you are a bit chubby ... or the chubby side ... is likely to be fat that makes the nipples a bit steep ... unless you have other conditions ... to reduce this ... necessary lower your fat then ... go running or jogging or swimming ... intensity ... something that will require as soon as their fat levels will be ideal ... have to reduce this condition ... more you will improve your image and increase your confidence ... by the way ... ยง Working out is not bad too ... try.
