Gynecomastia. I'm not fat, and exercise. Mine is caused by a hormonal imbalance. Ideas?

I had enough people tell me lose my train for gynecomastia. I weigh about 150 pounds. I usually make 300 pumps per day in 30 minutes. 450 push-ups, I 'm done now. Sometimes I think I made the worst since the gynecomastia my muscles are driving up the breast tissue. I do not understand how breast tissue formed can disappear after a few years because, obviously, for me the training in the chest does not use the breast tissue. Surgery is my only option?

In general it disappears only a year or two, if the source is not obese. It takes a long time for the hormones to straighten. So hold off on surgery. The push-ups will not help. But you will develop muscles everywhere.
