Question about dieting and chest fat.?
Are there any good exercises to do to lose chest fat preferably without weights and not push ups as I can’t do them to save my life. I know some people say you can’t spot reduce but any tips would be greatly appreciated. Secondly, people say diet helps too, but what foods should I eat more of or cut down on? I’m a 15 year old boy with man-boobs who isn’t fat and it’s really stressing me out. I know it could be gynecomastia or it might not be, but any tips would be helpful. Thanks.
Shame you don’t want to do press up as wide arm press ups are excellent at helping you get rid of man boobs. Also flyes. here are some examples of these exercises:

Also, in terms of diet, you just need to make sure that it is a healthy diet full of fresh food and greens and no junk food, no fried food, very few refined carbs so try cutting out white bread. the key is to try and eat as much clean food as you can. Eat more fruit, more vegetables and salads with your meals. more fish and less red meat and more turky and chicken as they have low fat (not fried!). Drink plenty of water as well which helps to fill you up as well as flushing all the toxins out of your body.
You can do this – don’t worry about gynecomastia – it may just be the result of inactivity.
Cardio exercises is seriously important if you want to get the results fast so start running and skipping for fat burning
