Gynecomastia Surgery?

Im a man of 14 years. I, of course, have gynecomastia (male breasts). I'm still overweight (im 5'8 165 lbs.) But I lost about 10 pounds and still working. My man boobs proporsional not my size. stand out more now whether I am losing weight on my stomach area, or theyre growing = (. I need to know if this operation leaves scars or bad / Serious side effects? I really need all the help we can get.
