Why eat potatoes many bodybuilders?
Hello everyone! I have a friend who is a professional bodybuilder. He is very passionate by a healthy diet and their future in bodybuilding. I asked about your diet (I work too) and told me to eat potatoes and eggs almost every day for breakfast and, apparently, do many other builders. Now I'm confused! When I want to eat apples land, people told me not to because they are bad for you! If it can eat your potatoes and watch …. I am damn good too! I do not understand because I heard potatoes are bad for you, even if you do not load with butter and sour cream. So what is the reason all these bodybuilders eat potatoes and continues to maintain its non-body FAT?
Potatoes are not bad for you. The same logic that says "fat is evil and be saved!" The pope has a ton of starch. Starch is the source of energy and fat, sugar and other things. Energy, of course, is equal to the amount of calories. If you eat more calories than you burn, weight gain. So yes, if you eat lots of potatoes and does not perform, you earn a lot, just like any other thing. However, potatoes are a source of energy far better than, say, Doritos or something.
