One of my friends said that bodybuilders have the regiment practice very hard, because they must radically change your diet and reduce their water consumption. And still to come out and train hard. I would disagree and think that fighters have the hardest training regiment of all, because they use many types of training. So I'm search to find someone who knows more than me on this subject.
