Hardcore bodybuilding is bad as a teenager?
Is it bad to be a process in bodybuilding and love of sport as a teenager? I'm talking 15 and up, beyond the age when their growth is stunt. I'm 16 and a bodybuilder to compete in my first competition in April and have a lot of friends who are bodybuilders as well. I and my friends who are all bodybuilders have a decent social life, have a diet safely and without alarming health problems. Grades are not the honors materials, but surely we can experience the significant future with respectable jobs. we all have hobbies outside of bodybuilding and participate in other sports in our high school, and none of us is on steroids and two of us have scolded, even peers who were using steroids. and yet people frown teen bodybuilders on us like that, however successful or safe we are with him. no one supports us. Why? Is it rare? being bad or geniunlly in question?
If your happy with your height *, go for it. Everyone says you have to eat well, you need to exercise, and this is beginning to any early age. Do what you makes you happy. Only of course, to do good, to balance your meals, research and consult professionals to lessen the damage. * But if the muscle becomes too strong, is to prevent your bones grow and reach their full potential
