Diabetes and bodybuilding supplements?
I have diabetes, I was diagnosed 3 weeks ago. I'm 30 and I'm not fat, I take about 5 shots of insulin per day I wonder if I take some supplements for bodybuilding i want to win something BEC Presentation and msucles, so I Abot, taking creatine, Glutamine, Whey Protien or weight winners? I wonder that can affect my blood sugar? because I want to exercise and go to the gym, there some multiple vitamins or any specific vitamin that must have? If all goes to the gym and taking supplements, I would like to know 2 what to take and when have to take it. Thanks
