I think I might have breast cancer, but I'm not sure.?

As I am a guy, I really did not want to take this family or friends. My nipple slightest touch hurts and there is a firm lump behind her. Im almost afraid to even go to the doctor, I would, but I just being 18 years old and lost my insurance. I think their form of gynecomastia, a non-cancerous breast tumor. But I come back from that, and says nothing about the combustion touch. Please help if you can.
