Plan training for beginners?
Hey guys I'm trying to gain some muscle mass during the summer, but I have no experience lifting weights and such. I just need some help getting up, but first let me tell you a little about myself. I'm 5 '8 and 128 pounds, so I'm a little thin. I have very fast metabolism weight gain is especially difficult for me. I recently signed up at a local gym called LA Fitness, so I will do everything my training there. What we need is a weekly training plan that tells you things like: Monday – work on the chest / triceps, Tuesday – work on your back / legs, etc. I also want to know what kind of exercises to be performed. Can anyone give me a "direct link" (not something blunt like bodybuilding.com) who can help? Perhaps a training guide that has received much criticism good and has worked for you. Thank you very much.
start with the things that make you stronger without gaining mass, such as chest and abdominal. then move the weights that will give mass, but as you said, work a little different every day and do not work every day at first. Also, if you're still growing weight lifting can make you shorter.
