What is the best combination of bodybuilding supplements to give mass (specific product names, please)?
I quite thin, about 6 feet tall and weighing 145 pounds, I've been workin out a bit during the last month taking weight protein and muscle juice, but I want more gains in muscle. What is the best combination of supplements (nitric oxide, creatine, weight gain protein powder, amino acids, vitamins daily, etc) I can take to earn a large amount of muscle please do not say eat lots of food!
To Real advice from a real coach, and here it is. Supplements are exactly that - supplements of nutrients that should be getting in your diet. Having said that the only supplement I would recommend to a beginner is the protein and a multi-vit. These are essential for real gains. Have not yet achieved its full potential on a diet regular, so how can add supplements? only be wasting your money. Trust me, I know because I fell into the same trap one time. Try whey protein immediately after a workout (high in carbohydrates) and then take one more shake all day. Take the mutli-vit as directed.
