in bodybuilding, is doing the chest press with a maximum of 130 pounds. makes her flat chest, but not bulky?
as always I'm doing every day, not add more than 130 lbs. Max., not only gives a definition in the chest, without the density of the muscles? i also applies in my chest press or high-angle too. all for 6 sets of 10 repetitions per set.
