What would be a good diet for bodybuilding, but …?

there is no gathering stage and the stage of court, but not compete, so I need the habit of doing this, there is a diet that is between Ts 2, I want to eat well to grow bigger, but not to the point where I'm adding fat, I know that the wicked add but want to minimize fat, so what im asking for is a diet for building muscle and keeping fat / burn? Does carbohydrate loading it that is, levels of carbohydrates daily are higher than others? plz let me know thanks

Bulking and cutting the only difference is the protein-carbohydrate ratio. I eat well all year for bodybuilding healthy. To increase mass 5 things that must occur. More calories, protein-carbohydrate balance, heavy lifting, sleep and proper water intake. When bulking balancing your meals 60% protein, 40% of carbohydrates. Dink Try protein shakes between 6 meals any brand. You need to take in 500 to 1000 more calories than you burn When cutting, eating six times a day. Try balancing your meals 70% protein, 30% carbohydrate. Eat a combination of lean protein and healthy carbohydrates every few hours during the day to accelerate fat loss and maintain stable energy levels. Eat your proteins from lean sources (chicken, fish, eggs, lean beef with all drain fat) and beans (lentils, Lima, Chile or any type of bean) For carbohydrates to stay away from breads, pasta and rice. Do provide energy but are high in calories. Choose leafy vegetables, carrots, raisins, broccoli and fresh fruits. Weight train intensely, three times per week on alternating days with aerobic exercise three times a week. Drink 10 to 20 glasses of water per day No SODA Good Luck! Eating well and doing cardio (running, aerobics or bike 30 minutes a day) to burn fat.
